Postage
Delivery to UK addresses: Royal Mail 2nd Class (usually 3 working days after posting)
Delivery to Europe: Airmail (usually 3-5 working days after posting)
Delivery to Rest of the World: Airmail (usually 5-7 working days after posting)

Downloads
Please note that the Download service is NOT automated.
You will receive an email from David Fleming-Williams with a Link to your Downloads using ‘WeTransfer’.
N.B Due to International Time Lines and the fact that we process each order individually to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the Email may not arrive for up to 48 hours.
Normally, however, you may expect to receive the Link within 12 hours.
The downloaded Folders are compressed (Zipped). If you have a PC, right click the Folder and select ‘Extract All’ - or ‘Open With’, then ‘Windows Explorer’, then select ‘Extract All’. IOS users may have to download an unzip app.
Payment by Cheque
You may order and pay by UK cheque, should you wish.
